Yogsutram, the newest Rishikesh Yogpeeth branch offers an intensive 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training designed meticulously for individuals who want to embark on their career as a yoga instructor.
Although offered at a lower fee, the 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Program at Yogsutram maintains the same level of quality and comprehensive experience as Rishikesh Yogpeeth offering for almost 2 decades.
This 3 weeks training program constitutes the essence of yoga and how it can help in the transformation of lives. It empowers individuals with all the tools and skills to discover and hone their unique yoga teaching styles.
On completion of the 200 Hour Yoga Certification Course, one can register with Yoga Alliance as a RYT 200.
It is an all-inclusive, fully residential program in Rishikesh that includes everything from yoga teachings, meals, accommodation, and more.

- Rishikesh Yogpeeth Yogsutram is an extension center of Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna University (under an MoU signed in 2021 between the two prestigious institutes) , a Central Government India University, and it also offers the opportunity to obtain a yoga certification from this prestigious institution (incurs an additional fee).
- Each subject is taught by an experienced teacher with years of experience in their subject matters. The two asana classes are conducted by two separate teachers to provide our students a range of experience coming from each of the teacher’s self practice, teaching experience and dedication to the yogic life.
- Sound healing sessions and other enriching experiences.
- It offers a fully residential training program, providing everything you need, including food, accommodation, transport from the nearest domestic airport and laundry services (at reasonable cost).

- During the 3 weeks training program, there are 2 leave days when Yogsutram organizes excursions to nearby temples, caves, Ganga aarti, visit to famous ashrams, and Kunjapuri temple (the excursions are decided based on weather conditions and other external factors)

The fee includes
- Twin and Private room accommodation with attached bathroom, simple and neat rooms to support the simplicity and authenticity of yogic life
- Yoga Alliance Certificate (globally recognised) along with UGC Indian Central Govt University Yoga Certificate (University certificate incur an additional cost)
- 3 vegetarian meals (only dairy and gluten intolerance are catered for)
- Basic stationary for the classes in a tote bag
- All the equipments required for your asana training like yoga mat, blocks, bolsters, straps etc
- A jalneti pot is provided for the daily shatkarma kriya
- Introduction to Ayurveda in the last week of Yoga Anatomy classes
- A few Spiritual discussion session outside the syllabus if anyone is inclined to attend
- All books recommended in the course are provided from the library so you don't have to buy anything
